Management -v- Leadership

LeadershipHow many times have you heard people speak about leadership and what they are clearly talking about is management? It happens all the time – I think I could spot an instance of it every single day if I’m honest. It’s a pet hate of mine and I have been known to get quite passionate about any responses I give.

So it was great to come across this article, by the great John Kotter, and realise I am not alone 🙂
